Consistent quality, easy setup

This was my third order from Serwall Outdoor, this time for a couple of their folding Adirondack chairs. Just like the patio dining set and the rocking chairs I got before, these arrived well-packaged and the assembly was straightforward. The color matching between orders was perfect, which is something I appreciate when adding to my outdoor space. It's good to know I can rely on them for durable furniture.

Solid deep seating sofa and ottoman

I decided to upgrade my patio area with a deep seating sofa and an ottoman footrest from Serwall. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It shipped in a few large boxes, and arrived right when the tracking estimated. Assembly took me about an hour and a half for both pieces, mostly just attaching the larger sections; all the hardware was there, and the instructions were clear enough. The sofa is really comfortable, even without cushions, which is a big plus for me since I don't want to deal with storing them. The HIPS poly material feels very sturdy and I'm confident it will hold up to the weather. It's a significant improvement over my old wicker set. Very pleased with the quality and the look.

Good Adirondack chair

Got the folding Adirondack chair. Arrived fast. Assembly was pretty quick, no issues. It feels sturdy. Happy with the purchase, seems like it will last. Good outdoor seating option.

Decent lounge chairs, slow delivery

I ordered two pool lounge chairs. The chairs themselves are quite solid and seem well-made from that poly material, definitely what I expected for outdoor use. They were also fairly easy to assemble. However, the delivery took longer than I anticipated, about two weeks. The tracking info wasn't updated very frequently, which was a bit frustrating. Customer service was polite when I called, but didn't offer much clarity on the delay. Overall, good product for the price, just wish shipping was faster.

Detailed review of bistro set

I purchased a bistro set for my small balcony from Serwall Outdoor. The website was easy to navigate, and I found exactly what I needed. Shipping took about a week, which was reasonable, and the tracking information was updated consistently. When it arrived, the packaging was robust; no damage to any parts. Assembly was surprisingly simple; all the tools were included, and the instructions were clear, taking me about 30 minutes for both chairs and the table. The poly material feels very sturdy and durable, definitely built to withstand weather, which was my main concern living in a climate with harsh winters. I opted for the gray color, and it looks exactly as pictured online. It's comfortable enough for casual dining, even without cushions. Overall, a solid product and a smooth transaction experience.

Great chairs, super chill

So I finally got around to getting some of those Adirondack chairs everyone talks about, and I went with Serwall. Got two of them, and honestly, they're pretty sweet. They were way easier to put together than I thought they'd be, which was a nice surprise. Just chillin' out on the porch now, totally worth it. The green color looks good too, not too bright.

Always reliable quality

This is my third order from Serwall Outdoor. I first bought a couple of Adirondack chairs, then a side table. This time it was a porch swing. Every item has been consistently good quality. The material holds up really well to the sun and rain here in Florida, looks new even after a year outside. Shipping is always on time, and assembly is never a pain. I keep coming back because I know what to expect.

Patio dining set worked out

Needed a new patio dining set for the backyard. Saw Serwall and thought I'd check them out. The website was easy enough to use, found what I wanted pretty quick. Ordered it, and it showed up maybe a week later, which was decent. Putting it together wasn't too bad, just followed the instructions. Looks good on the patio. My friends came over and liked it too. Comfy enough without cushions, which is nice for less upkeep.

Love my new patio dining set!

I ordered a patio dining set from Serwall Outdoor a few weeks ago, and it's fantastic! The ordering process was super easy, and it shipped out really fast, like, quicker than I expected. The set itself is solid, very well-made, and looks amazing on my deck. Assembly was a breeze too, didn't even need my husband's help, ha! I'm so happy with this purchase. It really brightened up my backyard, and I know it'll last forever with this kind of material. Definitely telling all my friends about Serwall!
